Silence and darkness and me

I get up super early, way before I need to because it takes me hours to get myself mentally prepared to leave the house and go to work. Thus morning, as usual, I popped into to fb to see what I missed in the world while I was sleeping. As usual, it was a cacophony of political crap and memes and stuff that means more to the people poststing it (I guess) than it does to me.

Then I remembered. I have THIS PLACE now.

I can post about the quiet and not have my cousin’s crazy wife comment ROFLMAO because she has no clue what I mean.

Dudes. It has been too long. My brain has so much stuff that needs release. And that’s the good news & the bad news from the couch on this predawn Wednesday morning in the velvety silence.
